Orders

Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection, select your preferred item(s), choose the right size and color, then add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our return policy.

 

Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Kenya, but we’re working on expanding to more locations. Stay tuned!

Shipping fees vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount.

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

Yes, we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How do I return an item?
Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
